Hotel Room Block/Travel

Access our Novacoast conference rate. Subject to availability, Book early.
Rate: $145/nt + $15 reduced destination fee (includes parking, wifi, airport shuttle) + tax
Reservation deadline: Friday, June 13, 2025 or until sold out

All travel costs related to the conference are at your expense.

Marketing Materials

A reminder that all sponsor items including Chair Drop handouts, swag giveaways for the Reverse Expo, and any other sponsorship items (banners/chair drops if applicable) must be received at our Tempe office between Monday, July 7th and Friday, July 11th.

We will be moving office locations in the weeks prior to this, so please do NOT ship items early.

You will NOT need to send your full booth kit (tablecloths, banners, back-wall, etc.) unless asked specifically for any of those items, as we will not have Sponsor Booths at this event.

Be sure to include return shipping labels for any items that you will need returned post-event. Novacoast will assume NO responsibility for returning your items.
